RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return eligibility guidelines below.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality-control inspection. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unaltered, and saleable condition, with all original tags, protective materials, packaging, boxes, and accessories included and intact. Returns must be received within 15 business days of the delivery date. Shipping, duties, and return postage are non-refundable, and the purchaser is responsible for all return shipment costs.
Footwear must be tried on only on a clean, soft, carpeted surface. Footwear showing any signs of wear - including, but not limited to, scuffing, scratching, marking, discoloration, or wear to the soles or uppers - will not be accepted for return or exchange. The original shoe box is considered part of the merchandise and must also be returned in its original condition, free from damage, markings, labels, tape, or other alterations. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping carton.
Danielle Frankel reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet our quality standards or arrives outside the designated return window.

All ready-to-wear and made-to-order styles are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

The following categories are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping and duties):

- Footwear
All items must meet the quality-control standards outlined above to be eligible for return.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WITH RESTOCKING FEE OR EXCHANGE
The following categories may be returned for a refund less a $200 restocking fee, or exchanged:
- Veils
- Accessories
- Hand-Crafted Jewelry

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return or exchange, please email atelier@daniellefrankelstudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A client specialist will respond within 24 hours with approval and return instructions.
Unauthorized or late returns may be declined.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and approved by our quality-control team, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 20–30 business days for processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or adjust a refund if the returned item does not meet our inspection standards. Danielle Frankel does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, email atelier@daniellefrankelstudio.com with your order number and desired replacement. If available, we will place the item on hold for you. Your exchange will be shipped once your original item is received and approved.
Exchanges may be made one time per order, and are subject to availability.
